This page explains how this site uses cookies and local browser storage. For personal data, see the privacy policy.
1. What we use now
- Technical cookies from hosting and the Next.js platform (for example session, load balancing, security). They are required for the site to display normally.
- Cookie-choice storage — a value in localStorage (key cookieConsent.v2), so we do not ask on every visit whether you accept or refuse optional tools. The record includes the date of the choice and is renewed after one year.
- Stripe — when you go to Stripe’s payment page, Stripe’s policies and cookies apply (Stripe’s domain). This is not advertising on our site; it is part of the payment process.
2. Analytics and marketing
The site supports two optional categories that do not load by default:
- Analytics — first-party stats (how many people visited today / this month, which pages) and, optionally, Google Analytics 4. It activates only if you choose “Analytics” in the banner settings.
- Marketing — Meta Pixel in the browser plus Meta Conversions API on the server (purchase, signup, begin checkout). Server events are deduplicated with the pixel through a shared event ID. The Pixel loads only if you choose “Marketing”; the purchase is also sent from the Stripe webhook so a conversion is not lost behind AdBlock.
If you do not consent, these scripts are not loaded in your browser at all — this is not tracking switched off, it is files that never load. If the site owner has not configured such a tool, the category has no effect.
3. Managing consent
In the banner at the bottom of the screen you can choose “Accept all”, “Necessary only”, or use “Settings” to allow each category separately. You can clear site data in your browser settings to see the banner again and change your choice. We will also ask again automatically — one year after the previous choice.
4. Changes
If we add new cookie categories, we will update this page and, where needed, ask for consent again.
