These terms govern use of the website and the purchase of online programs and consulting services offered by SUNNY LIFE ACADEMY LTD (“we”, “the site operator”). By accessing the site or ordering a paid service you confirm that you have read and accept the terms.

1. Services

Through the site we may offer, among other things:

• online programs and personal-development materials (digital content);
• individual or group consultations (live or online), as announced on the site or agreed with the client.

The services are educational and supportive. They do not replace medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency care. In acute risk to life or health, call 112 or an emergency psychiatric specialist.

2–4. Contract, payments, access

A contract for a paid service is concluded after successful payment confirmation through Stripe Checkout (or another announced channel) and in line with the product description on the site. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card data on our own server. After successful payment you receive access as described at purchase. Access is personal to you unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sharing an account, resale, public broadcast, or systematic downloading of protected content is forbidden without prior written consent.

5. Consultations

• The client is responsible for accurate booking data and timely connection on the agreed channel.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be treated as missed. In that case we do not owe a refund unless otherwise agreed.
• Rescheduling or cancellation by you is free if you notify us at least 24 hours before the booked time. For later notice the refund policy applies.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

For online programs and consultations the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU apply, including exceptions for digital content after access is provided. Detailed refund rules are in the refund policy. Exceptional refund requests (where the policy allows them) are reviewed within 10 business days of receiving full information by email.

7–9. IP, liability, personal data

Site and program content is protected by copyright. Use outside the license in section 4 is forbidden. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for temporary outages, third-party content, or results of applying the information in the programs — those depend on personal commitment and circumstances. Consumer rights under mandatory law are not excluded. Personal-data processing is described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of another EU member state where they apply.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is published on this page with an update date. For already purchased services the terms at the time of purchase apply, unless a change is in your favor or the law requires otherwise.
